Обзор зарубежной литературы, посвященный сравнительному анализу способов лечения пролапса гениталий у женщин. Приводятся результаты рандомизированных многоцентровых исследований эффективности применения имплантатов систем Perigee, Apogee, Avaulta, Pinnacle and Uphold, Elevate и Prolift. Анализируются частота и структура ранних и поздних послеоперационных осложнений. Делается вывод, что традиционные методы хирургической коррекции пролапса гениталий и методы с использованием синтетических протезов и имплантатов, изготовленных из биоматериалов, демонстрируют сопоставимую эффективность.

The authors present review of foreign literature devoted to the comparative analysis of the methods of treating female genital prolapses and impart results of randomized multicenter clinical trials aimed to estimate efficiency of applying the Perigee, Apogee, Avaulta, Pinnacle, Uphold, Elevate and Prolift implants. Analyzing the incidence rate and the structure of early and late post-surgery complications allows to come to a conclusion that both traditional methods of surgical correction for the genital prolapses and methods of surgical treatment with the synthetic mesh prosthesis and impants made of biomaterials exhibit comparable efficiency.
