патогенные хантавирусы Hantaan и Amur. Наблюдения за популяционной численностью и инфицированностью мышей
рода Apodemus - резервуарных хозяев возбудителей геморрагической лихорадки с почечным синдромом - позволили обозначить индикационные показатели степени активности эпизоотического процесса, влияющего на эпидемический процесс.
Установлена связь годовой и сезонной динамики заболеваемости с динамикой численности инфицированных хантавирусом полевых и восточноазиатских мышей с острой инфекцией,
являющихся источником заражения человека в природных
очагах хантавирусной инфекции, вызванной разными типами
возбудителя.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors provide data concerning epidemiologic
and epizootic manifestations of Hantavirus infection within the
Primorsky Krai territory being enzootic for the pathogenous
Hunt viruses Hantaan and Amur. Observations of the population
number and contamination rate of Apodemus genus mice that
are reservoir animals of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome
pathogens allow to identify indicators of epizooty activity level
that influences the epidemiological process. There is a tie between
annual and seasonal dynamics of the morbidity rate and the dynamics
of a number of field and Korean field mice infected with
Hantavirus with acute infection that are a source of human infection
in natural nidi of hantavirus infection caused by various
