оказывал концентрационно-зависимое действие
на активность антиоксидантных ферментов, апоптоз и жизнеспособность нейтрофилов, а также на уровень связывания
поверхностных рецепторов клеток с конканавалином А in
vitro. Эффект токсина также зависел и от времени инкубирования. Результаты экспериментов по совместному введению с токсином ингибитора фосфодиэстеразы (кофеина) и
коммерческой каталазы свидетельствуют о том, что эффекты
токсина зависят от уровня циклического аденозинмонофосфата в клетках, а развитие апоптоза происходит на фоне повышения активности антиоксидантных ферментов. Использование экстракта из дальневосточных видов голотурий предотвращало ингибирующее действие токсина на связывание
рецепторов клеток с конкавалином А, модулировало апоптоз
и активность антиоксидантных ферментов, повышая функциональную активность нейтрофилов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The thermoresistant lethal toxin Y. pseudotuberculosis
has concentration-dependent effect on the activity of antioxidant
enzymes, apoptosis and viability of neutrophils and binding of surface
cell receptors and concanavalin A in vitro. This effect also depends
on the duration of hatching. The results of experiments on
simultaneous introduction of this toxin with phosphodiesterase inhibitor
(caffeine) and commercial catalase are indicative of the fact
that the effects from the toxin depend on cyclic adenosine monophosphate
content in cells. The apoptosis progresses when the antioxidant
enzyme increase. The extract derived from the Far Eastern
holothurians allows preventing inhibitory activity of this toxin on
binding cell receptors to concanavalin A and inducing apoptosis
and activity of antioxidant enzymes, thus increasing functional activity
