Проведен анализ структуры и объемов различных видов медицинской помощи сельскому и городскому населению Приморского края. При одинаковой половозрастной структуре показатели общей смертности у сельчан оказались выше. Обеспеченность врачами, осуществляющими первичную медико-санитарную помощь, сельского населения почти в 3 раза ниже, чем городского, в то время как обеспеченность специалистами участковой службы несколько выше. Количество коек для первичной медико-санитарной помощи городскому населению было в 1,5 раза выше. Объемы амбулаторно-поликлинической помощи для сельчан оказались ниже, чем у горожан, при более высоких показателях госпитализации. Показатели по специализированной и высокотехнологичной помощи свидетельствуют о значительном снижении ее доступности в Приморском крае для жителей села.
The paper analyzes structure and extent of various types of medical aid rendered to rural and urban population in Primorsky Krai. Given the similar sex-age structure, the total mortality rate in the countryside was higher than that of the urban dwellers. Primary health care doctor-population ratio is three times lower in the rural areas than that of the urban one. This notwithstanding, the district doctor-population ratio is somewhat higher. The quantity of beds intended for primary health care to be provided to the urban population is 1.5 times more. The extent of medical aid to rural population is lower than that of the urban one, give the higher hospitalization index. Data about expert and high-technology care are indicative of considerable decrease in its accessibility for rural population of the Primorsky Krai
