На примере работы перинатального центра рассматриваются медико-организационные технологии применительно к детям раннего возраста с отдельными состояниями перинатального периода. Доказывается необходимость длительного и динамического наблюдения за детьми с проведением постанатальной диагностики, восстановительного лечения и реабилитации по основным классам болезней как продолжение антенатального клинико-лабораторного и инструментального комплекса в системе «мать - дитя».
In the article was examined medicinal-organizational technologies that are applied to the children of early age with the separate of the perinatal period. It is proved the necessity of the long and dynamical observational for the children the holding the complex of the postnatal diagnostic, of restoration of treatment and rehabilitation on main classes of diseases: neurological, Orthopedic, cardiological, ophthalmologic, immunoallergylogical and so on, as the continuation of antenatal clinicolaboratorian and instrumental complex in system of "mother and child".
