Показано, что препарат при пероральном применении (наиболее эффективном способе его введения), повышает выживаемость мышей, инфицированных высокопатогенным штаммом вируса клещевого энцефалита, и увеличивает продолжительность их жизни. Он не вызывает деструкции культуры клеток почек эмбриона свиньи и подавляет инфекционную активность вируса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Experimental tick-borne encephalitis models allowed in vivo and in vitro researches into combined medication Zostera asiatica-derived rosmarinic acid created on the basis of plant polyphenol compound of rosmarinic acid and bioflavonoids (luteolin, apigenin, etc.). As shown, when introduced orally (the most efficient mode of administration) this medication increased survival rate of mice infected with highly pathogenic strain of the tick-born encephalitis virus and prolonged their life.
