Оценка продуктового набора питания городского и сельского населения Приморского края за 2002-2006 г г. выявила недостаточное потребление мяса и мясопродуктов, сала, молока и молочных продуктов, творога, сметаны, сыра, яиц, овощей и бахчевых культур, фруктов свежих, сухофруктов, картофеля (город), рыбы и рыбопродуктов (село), сахара и масла животного. Сравнительная оценка потребления продуктов питания показала меньшее потребление населением сельской местности мяса и мясопродуктов, молока и молочных продуктов, творога, сметаны, сыра, яиц, фруктов свежих, сухофруктов, рыбы и рыбопродуктов, масла животного. В домашних хозяйствах Приморского края за 2003-2006 г г. потребление было ниже, чем в Российской Федерации, по 6 группам: хлеб и хлебные продукты, фрукты и ягоды, мясо и мясные продукты, молоко и молочные продукты, яйца, сахар и кондитерские изделия. Население Приморского края нуждается в более сбалансированном питании.
The estimation of a nutrition set of the urban and agricultural population of Primorsky Krai for 2002-2006 has revealed the insufficient consumption of meat and meat products, bacon, milk and dairy products, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheese, eggs, vegetables and melon cultures, fruit fresh, dried fruits, a potato (urban), fish and fish products (village), sugar and butter. The comparative estimation of consumption of food stuffs has shown smaller consumption by the population of countryside of meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, dried fruits, fish and fish products, butter. In the farms of Primorsky Krai for 2003-2006 the consumption was lower, than in the Russian Federation on 6 groups: bread and grain products, fruit and berries, meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, eggs, sugar and confectionery products. The population of Primorsky Krai requires more balanced nutrition.
