Выявлено различие биологических свойств центральных и периферических опухолей, заключающееся в характере взаимодействия между изучаемыми маркерами. При центральном раке уровень межклеточной адгезии коррелировал с экспрессией маркеров пролиферативной активности и апоптоза, тогда как при периферическом раке подобная зависимость не прослеживается. При центральном раке без метастазов в лимфатические узлы уровень экспрессии Е-кадгерина был связан только с экспрессией Ki67, а при поражении лимфа тических узлов - с топоизомеразой IIα и р53 .
            </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The immunohystochemical markers of the proliferative activity (Ki67 and topoisomerase IIα), apoptosis (p53) and intercellular adhesion (E-cadherin) are investigated at 212 patients with squamous cell lung cancer. Distinction of biological properties of the central and peripheral tumors, consisting in character of the interaction between investigated markers is revealed. At the central cancer the level of intercellular adhesion correlated with the expression of the markers of the proliferative activity and apoptosis whereas at a peripheral cancer similar dependence is not traced. At the central cancer without metastasises in lymph nodes the level of the expression of the E-cadherin has been connected only with the expression of Ki67, and at lymph nodes lesion there was an interrelation of levels of the expression of E-cadherin, topoisomerase IIα and p53.
