Проведена комплексная оценка эффективности лечебных смесей у 16 детей 6-12 месяцев с белково-энергетической недостаточностью, дефицитом массы тела от 30 до 42% и токсико-дистрофическим синдромом (ТДС). Показано, что лечебные формулы с высокой степенью гидролиза белка, а также безлактозные и кисломолочные смеси должны широко использоваться для поэтапной нутритивной поддержки грудных детей с ТДС. Данные формулы позволяют получить положительную клиническую динамику, восстановить структуру слизистой оболочки тонкой кишки. Разработан оптимальный алгоритм нутритивной поддержки детей с ТДС в палатах интенсивной терапии в зависимости от вида вскармливания.
The purpose of our studies was analysis of efficiency of the using medical nutritive formulas in children with toxic-dystrophic syndrome (TDS), as well as in development of the optimum algorithm nutritive supports beside given categories sicks. It was observed 16 children from 6 before 12 months, which were hospitalized with expressive degree proteinenergy insufficiency, complex of the clinical manifestations beside which was indicative of presence beside them TDS. As a result called on analysis was designed algorithm nutritive supports for children, residing on natural and artificial nutrition. The medical formulas with high degree of hydrolysis squirrel must be broadly used for phased nutritive support of TDS children. The medical mixtures allow getting the positive clinical speaker, restoring the structure of the mucous shell of the small intestine.
