Впервые сформулировано понятие пателло-феморального градиента как рентгенологического признака существования нестабильности надколенника диспластического генеза. Под ним подразумевается разница между углами конгруэнтности правого и левого пателло-феморальных суставов, которая в норме не превышает 0-5°. Исчисление пателлофеморального градиента может быть использовано в обосновании диагноза нестабильности надколенника как в сочетании с трактовкой патологических значений угла конгруэнтности пателло-феморального сустава и глубины межбугорковой борозды, так и в качестве самостоятельного диагностического критерия

For the first time the concept of the patella-femoral gradient as radiological attribute of existence of dysplastic patellar instability is formulated. It is meant as a difference between corners of the congruency of the right and left patella-femoral joints which in norm does not exceed 0-5°. Calculation of the patella-femoral gradient can be used in the substantiation of the diagnosis of patellar instability as in combination to pathological role of a corner of the congruency of patella-femoral joint and inter-tuberculin depth, and as independent diagnostic criterion
