Стандарты медицинских технологий являются основой системы управления качеством медицинских услуг. Описан опыт разработки стандартов медицинских услуг в токсикологии на территории Приморского края. Созданная модель позволяет определить гарантированный объем диагностических и лечебных процедур, манипуляций, лекарственных средств, расходных материалов и др., а также сроки лечения. Предварительные расчеты стоимости лекарственного обеспечения позволили увеличить тариф на реанимационную койку с 210 руб. в декабре 2005 г. до 2000 руб. в 2007 г., на токсикологическую койку - с 40 руб. в 2005 г. до 267 руб. в 2007 г. Делается вывод, что внедрение моделей комплексных медицинских услуг будет способствовать повышению уровня медицинской помощи, распространению положительного опыта и внедрению в практику последних достижений медицинской науки.
Standards of medical technologies are the basis of the control of system of quality of medical services. Experience of development of standards of medical services in toxicology in territory of Primorsky Krai is described. The created model allows determining the guaranteed volume of diagnostic and medical procedures, manipulations, medical products, account materials, etc., and also terms of treatment. Precomputations of cost have allowed increasing the tariff on ICU bed from 210 rubles in December, 2005 up to 2000 rubles in 2007, on toxicological bed - from 40 rubles in 2005 up to 267 rubles in 2007. It is judged, that introduction of models of complex medical services will promote increase of level of medical help, distribution of positive experience and introduction in practice of last achievements of medical science
