Такой подход позволяет получить полный иммунный ответ к различным бактериальным и вирусным антигенам. В данном обзоре рассматриваются перспективы создания ДНК-вакцины на основе структурных генов вируса— возбудителя геморрагической лихорадки с почечным синдромом, а также проблемы, возникающие при создании таких вакцин.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>DNA-vaccination methods are based on the introduction of plasmid DNA encoding the pathogen's protein to organism. This approach allows obtaining the complete immune response to different bacterial and viral antigens.
