Проведен сравнительный анализ динамики структурно-функциональных показателей сосудистого русла у женщин в возрасте 18-22 лет при психоэмоциональной пробе. Тестовая группа - 16 женщин с идиопатической артериальной гипотензией, контрольная группа - 10 женщин с нормальным артериальным давлением. Психоэмоциональная проба при гипотензии сопровождалась минимальной реакцией артерий и вен, что способствовало недостаточной адаптации и было обусловлено низким тонусом сосудов, ускорением артериального и замедлением венозного кровотока на фоне гипотрофии сердца и снижения кардиальной гемодинамики.
Objective. Study of vascular response to psychoemotional stress in young women with idiopathic arterial hypotension. Methods. Two groups of women aged 18-22 years were examined. Test group - 16 women with idiopathic arterial hypotension and control group - 10 women with normal arterial pressure. Psychoemotional exercise was performed according to E. Kraepelin. Ultrasound dopplerography of the vessels was performed at rest and after exercise. Results. With hypotension, stress provoked a decrease in the final diastolic blood flow velocity in the vertebral artery and a decrease in the diameter of the posterior tibial artery. Conclusions. With hypotension, psychoemotional load is accompanied by a minimal reaction of the arteries and veins, which is a manifestation of insufficient adaptation, and is caused by low vascular tone, acceleration of arterial and slowing of venous blood flow.
