Проведен анализ историй болезни 130 больных геморрагической лихорадкой с почечным синдромом (ГЛПС), находившихся в инфекционных стационарах Приморского края. При анализе степени тяжести инфекции в 2005—2007 гг. не выявлено легких форм заболевания, что, вероятно, связано с малой настороженностью врачей первичного звена. Клиническое течение заболевания имеет классические проявления при ГЛПС, вызванной серотипами Hantaan и Amur. Для ГЛПС, ассоциированной с вирусом Seoul, менее свойственна цикличность и более характерен полиморфизм клинических проявлений, включая симптомы поражения легких и печени.
The analysis of case records of 130 patients by hemorrhagic fever with nephritic syndrome, taking place in infectious hospitals of Primorsky Krai is done. At the analysis of a degree of incidence of an infection in 2005—2007 there were no easy forms of disease that, probably, is connected to small vigilance of doctors of a primary link. Clinical current of disease has classical signs at the hemorrhagic fever with nephritic syndrome, caused by serotypes Hantaan and Amur. For hemorrhagic fever with nephritic syndrome, associated with virus Seoul, cyclicity is less peculiar and polymorphism of clinical signs, including symptoms of lung and liver insufficiency is more often.
