Представлен анализ клинического течения и исходов при тяжелом течении геморрагической лихорадки с почечным синдромом (ГЛПС). Выявлены некоторые закономерности патогенеза болезни, а также общие особенности в поражении почек, сердца и легких. Проанализированы макрои микроскопические изменения основных органов-мишеней, в том числе и на основе посмертного рентгеноконтрастного исследования. Показано, что полиорганная недостаточность при ГЛПС определяется не только поражением микроциркуляторного русла, но и крупных внутриорганных сосудов.
The analysis of clinical features and outcomes at severe hemorrhagic fever with nephritic syndrome is submitted. Some pathogenetic features of illnesses and as the common features in kidneys, hearts and lung lesions are revealed. Macro- and microscopic changes of the basic target-organs including on the posthumous X-rays are analyzed. It is shown, that multi-organ insufficiency at hemorrhagic fever with nephritic syndrome is determined not only by micro-vessels lesions, but also by large intraorgan vessels.
