We studied the features of change of the some molecules-bioregulators in blood at patients, who underwent abdominal surgery, in case of acute pain and at stages of the early postoperative period at various analgesics. It is shown, that postoperative pain reaction is accompanied by increase in blood of a level of the nitrogen oxide metabolites, the products of the lipid peroxidation, some cytokines — the tumor necrosis factor A, IL 1 and 8 and CD95+ cells.
