The laser radiation promoted blood flow acceleration in arterioles and venules and increase of their diameter. The value of arterial vessels dilatation inversely depended on their initial diameter. Precapillary arterioles were maximally sensitive to radiation. NO‑synthase inhibition reduced the laser effect on arterioles in half; the laser effect on venules decreased 3–8%, only.
