The purpose of work to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with diseases of abdomen by development and introductions of complex system of principles of use of the mini-laparoscopic technologies. The estimation is given to technical features and opportunities of the mini-laparoscopic equipment. The accesses are optimized, the basic techniques for safety of the mini-laparoscopic operations. Indications, contraindications are proved, clinical and technical conditions to application of the mini-laparoscopic operative techniques in treatment of diseases of abdomen.
