The diameter of vessels and blood velocity, sensitivity influence and duration of response was studied with the help of the automated system of the analysis of images AllegroMC. The expressed organ features of the micro‑vessels are found. The most sensitive were the precapillaries of the pia mater. They quickly reacted to an irradiation, but also quickly came back to an initial level of blood velocity and diameter.
