Studied the changes of a testosterone level in plasma by radioimmune analysis and changes of activity of NADPHdiaphorase of the testicles and cavernous bodies by the histochemical method by Hope, Vincеnt (1989). The activity of enzyme was estimated cytophotometrically. The wide representation of the structures with active NADPHdiaphorase in the testicles and cavernous bodies is established. As a result of sharp cold stress the reduction in a testosterone level and increase of NADPHdiaphorase activity of the testicles and cavernous bodies on 4th, 7th and 14th day of the stress reaction was observed.
