Angina pectoris relapse occurs in most patients in a year after an operation. CHD course is noted to be more favourable in a group of patients after coronary arteries stent implantation in comparison with angioplasty. Death rate and rehospitalization are found to decrease evidently in endovascular treatment in comparison with conservative treatment. The rate of restenosis is noted to depend on initial degree of coronary arteries impairment according to morphological classification of stenoses.
