With a view to establish the natural laws in changes of parameters of some cytokines (IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, IFN-γ) in children with Yersinia pseudotuberculosis infection in dependence of current of the disease 54 patients were examined. The obtained results revealed the hypercytokinemia with disorders of pro- and antiinflammatory pools of cytokines ratio, that proved the presence of cell-mediated immunodeficiency. The results of treatment of patients with recurrent infection by recombinant interleukin-2 (Roncoleukin) were discussed.
