The authors have examinated of 364 young patients with community-acquired pneumonia at the age of 17—23 have been carried out. There were 249 patients with ICDS. There were performed clinical examinations, spirography, ECG, echocardiography in the time of admission and in the time of discharge. It is showed, that in group of the patient with ICDS pneumonia has more serious and longer course. These patients have complications like: infectionally-toxical stress, miocarditis more often. The changes from the side of cardiovascular and respiratory systems have more expressive character. The treatment becomes more expensive.
