<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>For the Khabarovsk territory, the problem of enteroviral infection (EVI) is topical: the incidence rate in 2006-2015 here exceeded the all-Russian one 16 times. Methods. The epidemiological aspects and the EVI clinic were studied in 1928 children. Results. The most significant increases in the incidence of EVI were registered in 2006, 2015 and 2013 (171.5-104.4 per 100,000 of population). EVI in the region was characterized by summer-autumn seasonality with a maximum rise in the incidence rate in July-August. The main contingent of cases (93.5%) is children under 14 years old. In the structure of clinical forms, serous meningitis dominated in the years of high morbidity, with a relatively low incidence of morbidity predominated without the defeat of the nervous system (herpangina and 'small disease'). Conclusions. The structure of clinical variants of EVI depends on the age of the patients. Serous meningitis predominates in the group of children 3-12 years old, and for children under 3 years, typical forms that occur without the defeat of the nervous system (respiratory, intestinal, herpangina).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>энтеровирусы</kwd><kwd>клинические формы инфекции</kwd><kwd>заболеваемость</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>enteroviruses</kwd><kwd>clinical forms of infection</kwd><kwd>morbidity</kwd><kwd>children</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Протасеня И.И., Молочный В.П., Троценко О.Е., Резник В.И.
