The protein adsorption been described by the Langmuir equation. Absorption balance was found in 180 minutes for immunoglobulin and in 30 minutes for hialuronidase. Values of the maximal sorption capacity and dissociaton constants were for immunoglobulin 750 mg/g and 1.6 mg/ml, and for hialuronidase 475 mg/ g and 1.4 mg/ml, respectively.
