Part of the patients in a complex of pre- and postoperative therapy have been added the biologically active additive ”Tinrostim“. In dynamics of the postoperative period the patients with not purulent complications still had the ability to cytokine production; at severe purulent complications this ability was reduced. The use of ”Tinrostim“ at a stage of preoperative care resulted in moderate increase in the level of the tumors necrosis factor -α, IL-4 and γ- interferon in blood in the postoperative period.
