<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The role of gene polymorphism in the development of destructive forms of acute pancreatitis was analyzed. Based on the review of literature data, it has been established that the most promising for the prevention of destructive pancreatitis is the determination of mutations in the secretory trypsin inhibitor gene SP1NK1. The literature data indicate that the mutations of the cationic trypsinogen gene and the gene of the transmembrane regulatory protein of cystic fibrosis can only be important in conjunction with other markers. Patients with combined mutations have the highest risk of developing destructive pancreatitis.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>острый панкреатит</kwd><kwd>хронический панкреатит</kwd><kwd>мутации генов</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>acute pancreatitis</kwd><kwd>chronic pancreatitis</kwd><kwd>gene mutation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Гальперин Э.И.
