Обследованы 64 пациента с раком желудка (основная группа) и 50 пациентов с желчнокаменной болезнью, проходивших лечение в УКБ № 1 Сеченовского университета. Во всех случаях исследовались молекулярные онкомаркеры в слизистой оболочке желудка после операции и биопсии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Для рака желудка оказались характерными высокая частота метилирования генов RASSF1А и MLH1 и высокая экспрессия генов hTERT, MMP7, BIRC5, а также высокая активность теломеразы. Также отмечена высокая частота метилирования генов TUSC3, CDH1 и DAPK в слизистой оболочке, приближенной к краю резекции.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Исследование частоты метилирования генов TUSC3, CDH1, DAPK, RASSF1А и MLH1, уровня экспрессии генов hTERT, MMP7, BIRC5 и активности теломеразы можно использовать в качестве клинических маркеров изменений слизистой оболочки желудка после его резекции по поводу рака. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: Secretion of the changes characterizing genetic instability of the gastric mucosa when having esophagus cancer.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: 64 patients having esophagus cancer (main group) and 50 patients having gallstone disease were examined. They were undergoing treatment in the hospital No. 1 of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. In all cases molecular tumor markers in the gastric mucosa after operation and biopsy were examined.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Esophagus cancer turned out to be characterized by high frequency of RASSF1А and MLH1 genes methylation and high hTERT, MMP7 and BIRC5 genes expression, and also by high telomerase activity. There was also high frequency of TUSC3, CDH1 and DAPK genes methylation inside gastric mucosa approached to the edge of resection.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: The study of the frequency of TUSC3, CDH1, DAPK, RASSF1А and MLH1 genes methylation and telomerase activity can be used as clinical markers defining changes in gastric mucosa after its resection concerning cancer. </p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак желудка</kwd><kwd>онкомаркеры</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>gastric cancer</kwd><kwd>tumor markers</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Злокачественные новообразования в России в 2018 году (заболеваемость и смертность).
