На компьютерных томограммах брюшной полости 75 детей и подростков, разделенных на четыре группы (раннее детство, первое детство, второе детство, подростковый период), определены размеры селезенки на уровне середины тел позвонков ThXI–LIII.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлен прирост показателя длинника селезенки на уровне ThXII среди мальчиков во 2-й и 4-й возрастных группах, а среди девочек только в 4-й группе. Достоверное различие этого показателя на уровне LI отмечено только у мальчиков 2-й группы. Длинник селезенки у мальчиков оказался больше, чем у девочек на уровне ThXII в 1-й и 2-й группах. С возрастом среди девочек определено значимое увеличение поперечника органа в 4-й группе на уровне уппе на уровне ThXII и LI. У мальчиков достоверное увеличение этого параметра отмечено во 2-й группе на уровне ThXN и в 4-й группе на уровнях ThXII и LI. Различия средних показателей поперечника органа между девочками и мальчиками определены во 2-й группе на уровне ThXII. Для мальчиков 2-й и 4-й групп также установлено значимое увеличение поперечника селезенки по сравнению с предыдущими возрастными периодами.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Среди мальчиков размеры селезенки статистически значимо увеличивались в группе первого детского возраста и среди подростков. У девочек достоверное увеличение длинника и поперечника селезенки отмечено у подростков, а достоверного увеличения высоты органа не определено ни в одной группе (в сравнении с предыдущими возрастами). Длинник селезенки был значимо больше у мальчиков, чем у девочек, в раннем и первом детском возрасте, а поперечника - в первом детском возрасте. Достоверных отличий в показателях высоты селезенки между мальчиками и девочками в пределах возрастных групп не установлено.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: The analysis of the age and gender patterns of the linear parameters of the spleen of children and adolescents on the basis of intravital imaging.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: Sizes of spleens on the level of the middle of bodies' vertebras ThXI-LIII were defined on computer tomograms of abdomens of 75 children and adolescents divided into 4 groups (early childhood, first childhood, second childhood, and adolescence).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: There was a growth of the long axis of the spleen on the level of ThXII among boys from 2nd and 4th age groups, among girls - only in the 4th group. The reliable difference of this parameter on the level of LI was observed only among boys from the 2nd group. The long axis of the boys turned out to be bigger than girls' on the level of ThXII in 1st and 2nd groups. With age a significant growth of the diameter of the organ was defined among girls from the 4th group on levels of ThXII and LI. The reliable increase of this parameter was noticed among boys from the 2nd group on the level of ThXII and from the 4th group on levels of ThXII and LI. The differences in the average indexes of the diameter of the organ between girls and boys were defined in the 2nd group on the level of ThXII. Significant increase of the diameter of spleen was defined among boys from 2nd and 4th groups in comparison with previous age periods.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: Among boys the size of the spleen significantly increased statistically in groups of 1st childhood and among adolescents. Among girls the reliable increase of the long axis and diameter of spleen was registered among adolescents. There was no reliable increase in height in any group (in comparison with previous ages). The long axis of spleen was significantly bigger among boys, than among girls in early and 1st childhood age, spleen diameter - in 1st childhood age.
