Летальность при разрыве бронхов достигает 50 %. Основной метод лечения травматических повреждений дыхательных путей - хирургический. Лучшие результаты достигаются при ранних вмешательствах, однако диагностика разрывов бронхов трудна из-за тяжести состояния пациента и наличия сочетанных травм. Вовремя нераспознанный разрыв приводит к формированию стеноза бронха или его полной окклюзии и потере органа. Представлено клиническое наблюдение хирургического лечения отрыва правого главного бронха у пациентки 34 лет через три месяца после травмы. Реконструкция проходимости дыхательных путей осуществлена путем реимплантации главного бронха в трахею. Спустя год после вмешательства отмечено полное восстановление функции легкого.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Combination of traumas is still socially-significant problem in our country. The lethality rate from rupture of the main bronchus reaches 50 %. The main method of treatment of the traumatic damages of the respiratory tract is surgical. The best results are achieved during early interventions. However diagnostics of the rupture of the main bronchus is hard because of the severity of the patient's condition and the existence of polytraumas. If the rupture isn't defined on time, it can lead to the formation of bronchostenosis or its overall occlusion and loss of the organ. Clinical observation of the surgical treatment of the rupture of the main right bronchus is shown for the patient 34 years old 3 months after trauma. The reconstruction of the airway patency was made by reimplanting of the main bronchus into trachea.
