Ретроспективно проанализированы результаты лечения 132 пациентов с обструктивными заболеваниями артерий нижних конечностей, которым выполнялись эндоваскулярные вмешательства (баллонная ангиопластика и стентирование). </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Общее количество технически успешных операций достигло 92 % (119 случаев): при первой степени поражения – 97 %, при второй – 90,5 % и при третьей – 85,7 % (система градации GLASS). Проходимость сосудов через один и два года была сохранена у 86,2 и 73,5 % пациентов, повторные вмешательства потребовались в 7,8 и 15,7 % случаев, соответственно. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Эндоваскулярные вмешательства –  эффективный и безопасный метод лечения заболеваний  сосудов, приводящих к ишемии нижних конечностей.  </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title> Objective</title><p> Objective: To estimate the intermediate results of the angioplasty and stenting in case of artetial sclerotic disease of the iliac vein and popliteal artery segments of the lower limbs. </p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: Having analyzed treatment results of 132 patients having obstructive  lower arteries disease retrospectively. Patients had got endovascular  interventions (balloon angioplasty and stenting).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Overall number of the technically successful operations reached 92 % (119 cases): in case of first degree of lesion – 97 %, second degree – 90.5 %, third degree – 85.7 % (GLASS grading system).
