Описано наблюдение одновременно возникшего острого флегмонозного аппендицита и инвагинации дивертикула Меккеля с эктопированной поджелудочной железой и тонко-тонкокишечной инвагинации у мальчика 12 лет. Авторы полагают, что данный случай доказывает необходимость ревизии подвздошной кишки при аппендэктомии даже при наличии не вызывающих сомнений изменений червеобразного отростка.

The observation of concomitant acute phlegmonous appendicitis and invagination of Meckel's diverticulum with an ectopic pancreas and a thin-intestinal invagination in a boy of 12 years is described. Authors suppose that this case shows the necessity of investigation of the ileum in appendectomy even in the presence of undoubted changes in the appendix.
