Сделаны исторический обзор, сравнение с другими технологиями, описаны особенности предоперационной подготовки и техники выполнения манипуляции. Рассмотрены операционные и послеоперационные осложнения, а также возможные ошибки при проведении манипуляции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article covers the problem of the correction of corneal astigmatism with the use of limbal relaxing incisions during cataract operations. The case overview, comparison with other technologies, the features of pre-surgery preparation and procedures performing techniques were carried out.
