Определяли содержание кишечной фракции FABP в моче, копрофильтрате, сыворотке крови методом ИФА. Исследование полиморфизма генов FABP (G163A, Ala54Thr) проводили методом ПЦР.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При определении FABP в различных биологических жидкостях было выявлено его статистически значимое повышение в сыворотке крови, моче и копрофильтрате у детей с ПА. Распределение аллелей и генотипов FABP2 подчинялось равновесию Харди-Вайнберга (χ2=0; p=1,000) и значимо не отличалось от распределения генотипов у детей с ПА и в контрольной выборке (p=0,638).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В нашем исследовании не выявлена ассоциация патологического генотипа FABP G163A, (Ala54Thr) с гиперпродукцией кишечной фракции FABP при ПА у детей, подтверждая диагностическую значимость повышения данного маркера при обострении заболевания.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: Study the effect of the Ala54Thr FABP gene polymorphism on the produce of the intestinal FABP fraction in blood serum. urine and coprofiltrate in children having food allergies.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: The content of the FABP intestinal fraction in urine, feces, and blood serum was determined using ELISA method. The study of FABP genes polymorphism (G163A, Ala54Thr) was carried out using PCR method.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Statistically significant increase of the FABP level in blood serum, urine and feces in children with FA was detected in various biological fluids. The distribution of FABP2 alleles and genotypes obeyed the Hardy-Weinberg law (χ 2 = 0; p = 1,000) and did not significantly differ from the distribution of genotypes in children having FA andin the control sample (p = 0.638).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: The study did not reveal an association of the pathological genotype FABP G163A, (Ala54Thr) with the hyperproduction of the FABP intestinal fraction in children having FA, confirming the diagnostic significance of this marker increase during exacerbation of the disease.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>кишечная фракция белка</kwd><kwd>связывающего жирные кислоты (I-FABP)</kwd><kwd>полиморфизм Ala54Thr гена FABP</kwd><kwd>пищевая аллергия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>intestinal fraction of protein linking fatty acid (I-FABP)</kwd><kwd>FABP gene Ala54Thr polymorphism</kwd><kwd>food allergy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Макарова С.Г., Намазова-Баранова Л.С., Вишнева Е.А., Ерешко О.А., Гордеева И.Г.
