<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review provides the information about the features of molecular and genetic mechanisms and biological effects of Interleukin-17 family members in immunopathogenesis of atopy and design of allergic pathology. The correlation of Interleukin-17 family members in the system of cytokine initial regulation, development and course of allergic diseases was analyzed. The significance of genetic predictors and imbalance of cytokine profile of Interleukin-17 family is discussed to foresee the design of endo- and phenotypic features of the course of bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>цитокины</kwd><kwd>иммунные механизмы</kwd><kwd>аллергия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>T-хелперы 17-го типа</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>T-helpers 17-type</kwd><kwd>immune mechanisms</kwd><kwd>allergy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Кудрявцев И.В., Борисов А.Г., Волков А.Е.
