Выявление разницы обнаружения грибов рода Candida и их видового состава у людей с патологией желудочно-кишечного тракта и у здоровых людей, проходящих плановый медицинский осмотр.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В качестве материала для исследования взят биологический материал пациентов, проходящий плановый медицинский осмотр (контрольная группа), и пациентов с патологией кишечника. После обнаружения колоний грибов на среде Сабуро идентификация проводилась при помощи хромогенного агара. Часть штаммов была идентифицирована при помощи масс-спектрометрии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В результате проведенного исследования обнаружено, что частота встречаемости грибов рода Candida более чем в три раза выше у пациентов с патологией кишечника. В видовом составе также встречаются отличия между исследованными группами. Так, Candida krusei встречается более чем в 5 раз чаще в случае патологии ЖКТ.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Различия в частоте встречаемости и видовом составе грибов рода Candida, выделенных из кишечника, требует большего внимания к диагностике заболеваний кишечника и выбору антимикотической терапии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To identify the difference in the detection of yeasts of the genus Candida and their species composition in people with gastrointestinal pathology and in healthy people undergoing a regular medical checkup.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Clinical trial material comprised biological material from patients undergoing regular medical checkup (control group) and patients with intestinal pathology. Following the detection of fungal colonies on Sabouraud medium, identification was carried out using chromogenic agar. A number of strains were identified via mass spectrometry.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study results show that the frequency of occurrence of the genus Candida is more than three times higher in patients with intestinal pathology. In addition, the study groups revealed the differences in the species composition. Candida krusei is more than 5 times more common in cases of gastrointestinal pathology.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
