В статье рассмотрена возможность применения импульсного низкочастотного электростатического массажа в восстановительном лечении больных хронической обструктивной болезнью сердца, бронхиальной астмой, пневмонией, муковисцидозом. Представлены биологическое действие и лечебные эффекты низкочастотной электростатической терапии. Показано влияние низкочастотного поля на тонус мышц, противоотечное и трофическое, регенераторное действие. Обоснована актуальность дальнейшего изучения механизмов патогенетического действия при респираторной патологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The question of enhancing treatment eﬀectiveness in managing respiratory diseases based on physiotherapeutic methods remains highly relevant. We consider the possibility of using pulsed low-frequency electrostatic massage therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with chronic obstructive heart disease, bronchial asthma, pneumonia, and cystic ﬁbrosis. The biological action and therapeutic eﬀects of low-frequency electrostatic therapy are presented. Eﬀects of low-frequency electrostatic therapy on muscle tone, as well as its decongestion, trophic, and regenerative action, are demonstrated.
