Рассматриваются особенности и перспективы дифференциальной диагностики различных видов пневмоний. Подчеркивается актуальность разработки высокочувствительных методов диагностики пневмонии и ее природы у ВИЧ-позитивных пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents a critical analysis of the data on incidence and etiology of pneumonia among patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The features and prospects of differential diagnosis for various types of pneumonia are considered.
