Материалы и методы. Проведен аналитический обзор отечественных и зарубежных публикаций за 2020–2025 гг., посвященных различным видам внеучебной активности студентов – физической, волонтерской, научной, культурно-творческой и тьюторской. Проанализировано 64 источника, из которых 42 включены в обзор. Рассматривались исследования, оценивающие влияние ВД на физическое, психоэмоциональное и социальное здоровье обучающихся. Результаты. Установлено, что участие студентов во ВД способствует улучшению показателей физического и психоэмоционального здоровья, формированию стрессоустойчивости, лидерских и коммуникативных навыков, а также коррелирует с более высокими академическими результатами и удовлетворенностью обучением. Спортивные и танцевальные активности повышают физическую работоспособность и снижают уровень тревожности; участие в волонтерских и научных сообществах укрепляет социальную адаптацию и субъективное благополучие. Вместе с тем большинство исследований носит описательный характер и основано на самооценках студентов, что ограничивает объективность выводов и подчеркивает необходимость лонгитюдных наблюдений с использованием валидированных шкал. Заключение. Внеучебная активность студентов медицинского университета представляет собой значимый фактор укрепления здоровья и профессионального становления, формируя здоровьесберегающую образовательную среду. Полученные данные могут служить основой для разработки профилактических и организационно-гигиенических мероприятий, направленных на сохранение психофизиологического благополучия обучающихся.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: To review available data on the impact of extracurricular activities (ECA) on the health of medical university students and identify areas for further research Materials and methods. An analytical review of Russian and international publications from 2020 to 2025 was conducted, focusing on various types of extracurricular activities for students, including physical, volunteer, research, cultural, creative, and tutoring activities. A total of 64 sources were analyzed, and 42 were included in the review. These studies examined the effects of extracurricular activities on students’ physical, psychological, and social well-being. Results. The study found that students who participate in extracurricular activities experience improved physical and mental health, and develop stress resilience, leadership, and communication skills. Student involvement in extracurricular activities also correlates with higher academic performance and greater satisfaction with education. In particular, sports and dance activities improve physical fitness and reduce anxiety levels, while participation in volunteer and academic communities enhances social adjustment and subjective well-being. However, due to their descriptive nature and reliance on self-reports, most studies are limited in their objectivity. Thus, further longitudinal studies using validated scales should be conducted. Conclusion. Extracurricular activities among medical university students contribute significantly to health protection and professional development, fostering a health-promoting educational environment, thereby fostering a health-promoting educational environment.
