Этиопатогенез данного состояния на данный момент остается не до конца понятным, но очевидной является его мультифакториальная природа и связь с большим количеством системных врожденных генетически детерминированных состояний. Клинически друзы зрительного нерва проявляют себя в широком диапазоне от полного отсутствия жалоб до значительного снижения зрительных функций механизмами прямой аксональной и вазокомпрессии материалом друз. Методы медицинской визуализации, такие как ультрасонография и оптическая когерентная томография, позволяют облегчить дифференциально диагностический поиск в ситуациях, когда внешний вид диска зрительного нерва не позволяет выставить диагноз при визуальном осмотре. Профилактические и лечебные методики при ведении пациентов с друзами диска зрительного нерва не устоялись в достоверные рекомендации. Существующая дискуссия относительно связи глаукомной оптиконейропатии и друз диска зрительного нерва доказала прямую связь между наличием офтальмогипертензии и вероятностью углубления периметрического дефекта. Потребность в практических рекомендациях диктует необходимость дальнейших фундаментальных изысканий природы этиопатогенеза друз диска зрительного нерва. Современный врач имеет все условия для безошибочного выставления диагноза при подключении высокоразрешающих аппаратных методик, таких как cпектральная оптическая когерентная томография с модулем улучшенной глубины изображения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study reviews previous research on current approaches to treating patients with optic nerve drusen. While the etiopathogenesis of this condition remains unclear, its multifactorial nature and connection to numerous systemic, congenital, and genetically determined conditions have been established. Optic nerve drusen manifest clinically in a wide range of ways, from no symptoms to significant visual impairment due to direct axonal and vasocompression by the drusen material. In cases where visual examination fails to provide a diagnosis, modern physicians utilize high-resolution imaging techniques, such as ultrasonography and spectral optical coherence tomography with an enhanced depth imaging module, ensuring an accurate diagnosis. Although preventive and therapeutic approaches have been developed for managing patients with optic disc drusen, they have not yet been established as reliable guidelines. Meanwhile, the ongoing debate about the relationship between glaucomatous optic neuropathy and optic disc drusen has revealed a direct correlation between ocular hypertension and worsening of the perimeter.
