Выполнена оценка эффективности ингибитора IL-23 рисанкизумаба (РИС) у пациента с высокоактивным ПсА, не отвечавшим на стандартную терапию. Показана высокая эффективность применения РИС, обеспечившая клиническую ремиссию кожных проявлений и значительное снижение активности артрита, подтверждающая важность биологической терапии и стратегии treat-to-target.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents a clinical case of psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Its focus is on the efficacy of risankizumab (RIS), an IL-23 inhibitor, in treating a patient with highly active PsA who did not respond to standard therapy. It was demonstrated that RIS is highly effective through the clinical remission of skin manifestations and a significant reduction in arthritis activity.
