<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article examines current treatment strategies for non-parasitic (bacterial) hepatic abscesses, focusing on minimally invasive techniques. The effectiveness of ultrasound-guided percutaneous procedures, including puncture and drainage, has been demonstrated through a literature analysis and our clinical experience (22 cases in 2025). Furthermore, the article presents data on the etiology, diagnosis, and treatment selection algorithms for this condition, as well as the technical aspects of interventions and the outcomes of their application. The increasing incidence of this condition emphasizes the importance of implementing standardized protocols for minimally invasive treatment.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>чрескожные методы лечения</kwd><kwd>абсцесс печени</kwd><kwd>современная тактика</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>percutaneous methods</kwd><kwd>hepatic abscess</kwd><kwd>modern treatment strategies</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">авторы заявляют о финансировании проведенного исследования из собственных средств</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Амарантов Д.Г., Павлова В.Н., Баринова А.С.
