Цель: оценка и актуализация подходов к лечению антиретровирусными препаратами лиц с ВИЧ-инфекцией на территории Приморского края. Материал и методы. Проведен анализ схем назначений антиретровирусной терапии (АРВТ) с профилактической и лечебной целями по материалам ежегодной отчетности территорий и хронологического обобщения данных по Приморскому краю за 2016–2018 гг. Результаты. В 2018 г. доля лиц, зараженных вирусом иммунодефицита человека и получающих АРВТ, от общего числа зараженных этой инфекцией из состоявших под диспансерным наблюдением в Приморском крае, составила 64 %. Отмечено увеличение удельного веса пациентов с впервые назначенной АРВТ до 22,7 % против 15 % в 2017 г. и возобновивших лечение – до 4,6 % против 2,9 % в 2017 г. Всего в крае (без учета ГУФСИН) в 2018 г. получили АРВТ 3863 пациента, что выше показателей 2017 г. (3333 человека – 55,4 %) и 2016 г. (3046 человека – 50,6 %). В отчетном году зафиксировано возрастание количества лиц, возобновивших АРВТ до 179 человек (в 2017 г. – 99, в 2016 г. – 70 человек). Заключение. Учитывая государственное финансирование в области борьбы с ВИЧ-инфекцией, необходимо точно и своевременно оценивать экономические затраты и проводить фармакоэкономическое обоснование АРВТ как основного механизма лечебных и профилактических мероприятий при этом заболевании.

Objective is to assess and to update treatment approaches with antiretroviral drugs for patients with HIV-infection in Primorskiy territory.Methods: We analyzed antiretroviral therapy regimen to prevent ant to treat disease using materials of annual reports of territories and chronological data in Primorskiy territory for 2016–2018.Results: In 2018 the percentage of patients with HIV and having received antiretroviral therapy regimen of the total number of patients with HIV held under dispensary control in Primorskiy territory was 64 %. We recorded the increase of the proportion of patients with newly prescribed antiretroviral therapy up to 22.7 % against 15 % in 2017 and those who resumed treatment – up to 4.6 % against 2.9 % in 2017. 3863 patients in total received antiretroviral therapy regimen in 2018 (without including Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service data) which is higher than in 2017 (3333 patients – 55.4 %) and in 2016 (3046 – 50.6 %). We recorded the increase in numbers of patients who resumed antiretroviral therapy regimen up to 179 people in the reference year (in 2017 – 99, in 2016 – 70 people).Conclusions: Taking into account governmental funding to control HIV-infection it is necessary in an accurate and timely manner to assess economic expenditures and to pharmacoeconomically justify antiretroviral therapy regimen as a main mechanism of medical and preventive services in this disease.
