Материал и методы. Проведен анализ результатов лечения 80 пациентов 20–60 лет с ранами различного генеза и локализации, разделенных на основную и контрольную группы (по 40 человек). В дополнение к традиционному лечению в основной группе проводилась антиоксидантная терапия (пероральный прием биологически-активной добавки «Лавитол-В» и местно – порошок дигидрокверцетина в течение 21 дня). Одновременно пациентам с ожогами I–II ст. делали 8–10 сеансов ГБО, а пациентам с ожогами III ст. и с длительно незаживающими ранами – 3–4 сеанса ГБО с последующей аутодермопластикой и продолжали ГБО с антиоксидантной терапией с первых суток послеоперационного периода. Результаты. У пациентов основной группы наблюдалось более благоприятное течение раневого процесса: меньшая выраженность болевого синдрома, ранние сроки эпителизации и рубцевания ран, снижение уровней провоспалительных цитокинов и интенсивности перекисного окиследния липидов в сыворотке крови. За счет активации репаративных процессов удалось сократить сроки самостоятельной эпителизации при ожогах I–II ст., а при ожогах III ст. и длительно незаживающих ранах – срок предоперационной подготовки для отсроченной аутодермопластики, а также улучшить результаты приживления трансплантатов по сравнению с традиционным лечением. Заключение. Антиоксидантная терапия и ГБО оказывают патогенетическое влияние на течение раневого процесса, и предлагаемый способ лечения объединяет положительные эффекты обоих методов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to assess results of treatment of injuries of different genesis with the use of antioxidants and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HOT).Methods: We analyzed the results of treatment of 80 patients aged 20–60 y.o. with injuries of different genesis and localization divided into main and control groups (40 patients each). Along with traditional treatment the main group received antioxidant therapy (oral intake of biologically active supplement “Lavitol-V” and applied topically – dihydroquercetin powder for 21 days). Simultaneously patients with burns of the1-2 stages received 8–10 sessions of HOT, and patients with burns of the 3 stage and with persistent wounds received 3–4 sessions of HOT with consecutive autodermoplasty and continued to receive HOT with antioxidant therapy since the first day of post-surgery period.Results: Positive wound process was observed in patients of the main group: less pain severity, early epithelization and wounds cicatrization, decrease of proinflammatory cytokines level and lipid peroxidation rate in blood serum. Due to activation of repair process we were able to reduce the time of self-epithelization in burns of the 1–2 stages, and the time of preoperative preparation for deferred autodermoplasty in burns of the 3 stage and in persistent wounds, and to improve the results of graft retention compared to a traditional treatment.Conclusions: Antioxidant therapy and HOT influence pathogenetically on wound process, and suggested way of treatment combines positive effects of both methods.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ожоги</kwd><kwd>длительно незаживающие раны</kwd><kwd>дигидрокверцетин</kwd><kwd>гипербарическая оксигенация</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>burns</kwd><kwd>persistent wounds</kwd><kwd>dihydroquercetin</kwd><kwd>hyperbaric oxygen therapy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ахмедов Б.А.
