По данным кросс-секционного многоцентрового исследования проведена оценка информированности 1620 родителей в вопросах вакцинопрофилактики, уточнение факторов, влияющих на снижение доверия к вакцинации.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Большинство респондентов (n=1590) прививали детей, соблюдая рекомендации Национального календаря, 25 % родителей дополнительно вакцинировали их по эпидемическим показаниям. На отказ от вакцинации у 2 % респондентов оказывал влияние уровень образования (неполное среднее), финансовое положение семьи (среднее или выше среднего), выбор средств массовой коммуникации в качестве превалирующего источника информации о прививках. Выявлены высокая степень доверия респондентов к мнению участкового врача-педиатра (91,7 %) и заинтересованность родителей в получении дополнительных сведений о прививках (71,2 %).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Предоставление врачами достоверной информации о прививках позволит увеличить приверженность родителей к вакцинации детей.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: The study objective is to assess parents’ opinion and awareness of preventive vaccination issues.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: Using the data of cross-sectional multicenter study the assessment of 1620 parents’ awareness of preventive vaccination issues was taken; we checked up on factors causing decline of trust in vaccination.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The most respondents (n=1590) vaccinated children adhering to recommendation of National calendar, 25 % of parents additionally vaccinated them due to epidemic indications. The refusal of vaccination in 2 % of respondents was influenced by level of education (lower secondary education), family financial state (average or above the average), choice of mass media as prevailing source of information about vaccination.
