Изучены полиморфизмы гена эндотелиальной нитрооксидсинтазы и содержание метаболитов оксида азота в копрофильтратах у 43 детей в возрасте от 6 месяцев до 3 лет с аллергической энтеропатией.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Эндотелиальная дисфункция при аллергической энтеропатии ассоциирована с молекулой оксида азота. Носительство гомозиготного аллеля СС Т786С гена эндотелиальной нитроксидсинтазы увеличивает риск развития IgE-независимой пищевой аллергии в 8,8 раза.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Проведенное исследование свидетельствует об активном участии нитроксидергических механизмов в реализации аллергического воспаления.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. The objective is to analyze molecular and genetic mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction development in children with allergic enteropathy.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: We have studied the polymorphisms of endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene and the level of nitric oxide metabolites in coprofiltrates in 43 children aged from 6 months to 3 years with allergic enteropathy.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The endothelial dysfunction in allergic enteropathy is associated with nitric oxide molecule.
