Обследовано 210 детей в возрасте от 3 месяцев до 17 лет 11 месяцев: вегетарианцы со стажем вегетарианского питания не менее 6 месяцев (n = 129) и дети, получающие традиционный рацион (n = 81). Определяли уровень специфического иммуноглобулина E сыворотки крови к белку коровьего молока, сое, говядине, свинине, курице, рыбе (треска), яичному белку и пшенице.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Частота сенсибилизации к пищевым аллергенам у детей-вегетарианцев статистически значимо не отличалась от таковой группы сравнения (18,6 против 17,3 %, p&gt;0,05). Корреляционный анализ показал слабую ассоциацию между вегетарианским типом питания и уровнем специфического иммуноглобулина E только в отношении соевого белка (r = 0,22, p&lt;0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные говорят о более высоком риске сенсибилизации к сое у детей, получающих вегетарианские типы питания.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. The objective is to analyze the features of sensitization to food allergens in vegetarian children.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: 210 children aged from 3 months to 17 years and 11 months old: vegetarians with at least 6 months vegetarian experience (n = 129) and children receiving a traditional diet (n = 81) were examined. The level of specific immunoglobulin E of blood serum to cow milk protein, soy, beef, pork, chicken, fish (cod), egg white and wheat was determined.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The rate of sensitization to food allergen in vegetarian children did not statistically differ from that of a comparison group (18.6 against 17.3 %, p&gt;0.05).
