Наблюдали 210 детей в возрасте 2–36 месяцев, перенесших эпизоды острого обструктивного бронхита. Наряду с общеклиническими методами обследования проводилась компьютерная бронхофонография, оценка вариабельности сердечного ритма.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Дополнительное включение релиз-активного препарата «Тенотен детский» в комплекс оздоровления этих пациентов положительно влияло на вегетативный баланс и вегетативный компонент бронхообструкции. В то же время применение тенотена коротким курсом (1 месяц) не исключало повторных эпизодов бронхообструкции.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Возможно, пациенты с повторными эпизодами острой бронхообструкции в совокупности с выраженными функциональными нарушениями вегетативного статуса требуют более длительных курсов релизактивного препарата, нормализующего деятельность центральной нервной системы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: The objective is to assess the clinical efficacy of the inclusion of release-active medication of affinity purified antibodies to protein S100 in complex rehabilitation of infants with old acute obstructive bronchitis affected by perinatal pathology of central nervous system of hypoxic genesis.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: 210 infants aged from 2–36 months, who suffered events of acute obstructive bronchitis, were examined. Along with clinical methods of examination, a computer bronchophonography and assessment of heart rate variability were performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Additional inclusion of release-active medication ‘Tenoten for children’ in the complex of rehabilitation of these patients had a positive effect on autonomic balance and autonomic component of bronchial obstruction.
