Описаны патофизиологические аспекты воздействия табачного дыма на структуры головного мозга, опосредованные субстанцией Р и нейрокининовыми рецепторами. Обосновывается положение о связи между усиленным высвобождением субстанции Р, активацией нейрокининовых рецепторов, провоспалительных цитокинов и развитием нейрогенного воспаления, приводящим к повреждению гематоэнцефалического барьера, нейронов и глиальных клеток головного мозга. Цитокины, в свою очередь, стимулируя афферентные нервные волокна, по принципу обратной связи вызывают высвобождение новых порций субстанции Р, формируя порочный круг и поддерживая воспалительный процесс, усугубляя тем самым нарастающую церебральную дисфункцию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review summarizes the literature data and the results of our studies of the role of substance P in the development of cerebral dysfunction associated with smoking. We described the pathophysiological aspects of exposure to tobacco smoke in the structure of the brain mediated by substance P and neurokinin receptors. It is substantiates the position of the link between enhanced release of substance P, neurokinin receptor activation, pro-inflammatory cytokines, and the development of neurogenic inflammation, resulting in damage to the blood-brain barrier, neuronal and glial cells of the brain.
