Проведено клинико-анамнестическое обследование и последующее динамическое наблюдение за 26 детьми в возрасте от 1 недели до 9 месяцев, поступивших с жалобами на колики, диарею, вздутие живота и кожные высыпания. Первичный скрининг проведен по системе CoMiSS, далее целенаправленно собраны данные анамнеза согласно НДА.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У 34,6 % младенцев, благодаря усовершенствованному НДА, на раннем этапе диагностирована ПА. Динамическое наблюдение позволило говорить о наличии ПА у 46,1 % пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Опросник показал высокую клиническую эффективность и специфичность, превышающую существующие аналоги для неинвазивной диагностики синдрома мальабсорбции у младенцев.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: The objective is to improve non-invasive diagnostic algorithm (NDA) to identify food allergy (FA) in infants since their first months of live.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: We have done clinical and anamnestic examination and subsequent follow-up of 26 infants aged from 1 week old to 9 months old having admitted with complaints about colics, diarrhea, abdominal distension and skin rashes. Primary screening was performed using CoMiss tool, then anamnesis data was collected according NDA.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: FA was diagnosed in 34.6 % of infants due to improved NDA.
